The Broken Islands of Sephia

The Golden Sword

"How can a just and immortal king allow the islands of Sephia to be so broken?"

This question has haunted Delina since childhood, when her parents told her the story of Sephia. But when the mayor of her village is assassinated and her parents send her to a school for martial arts, she discovers some answers. Finally, she finds a way out of the painful experiences of her childhood that prevent her from becoming the warrior she always wanted to be. But what does the king's golden sword have to do with the realization of her childhood dream? Delina must decide: should she follow her parents' teachings and submit to an absent king, or should she strive for her own freedom? But what price will she pay if she strays from the path her parents have set for her?

Writing Philosophy

I enjoy inventing morally complex characters, using fantasy as a metaphor for real-life dynamics, and combining intense character development with answers to humanity's existential questions. I like to immerse myself in new worldviews and do not shy away from theological questions.

Complex Characters

Morally nuanced figures with deep psychological exploration

Fantasy as Metaphor

Using imaginative worlds to explore real-life dynamics

Existential Questions

Exploring theological and philosophical themes
